Christ The King - 2-week Skating P.E. Unit
Inline Skating P.E. Unit
Christ The King Catholic School welcomes Skate St. Louis, who will be providing skates for a new P.E. unit. Students will have the opportunity over the 2-week unit to learn and master skills of inline-skating from basic maneuvers and balance to weaving through obstacles and preparing for any skating environment. To sign up, please follow the links below to process the $15 sign-up fee and fill out the Skate St. Louis waiver. All students will require a helmet to participate and are encouraged to bring one from home. Skate St. Louis will have helmets available for those who need them.
Unit Curriculum (based on skill level):
Balance and stability, push offs and basic stops, clockwise and counterclockwise turns, turning stops, weaving obstacles, backwards skating, speed and agility, and interactive games.

Skating Attire: We recommend bringing own helmet and wearing long socks and pants.
Dates: March 10th-April 4th, excluding week of Spring Break. Total of 3 weeks!
